By accessing or using ahjin.ai ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ahjin.ai is an AI-powered learning platform that generates course roadmaps, provides interactive lessons, and creates assessments. The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate educational content, which may not always be perfectly accurate or complete.

3. Accounts

  • You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription Plans and Payment

  • Free Plan: limited course generations per day with basic features.
  • Pro Plan ($20/month or $192/year): unlimited generations, Learning Chamber access, interactive lessons, tests, and all customization features.
  • Family Plan ($50/month or $480/year): everything in Pro for up to 4 seats, shared course library, and dedicated support.
  • Annual plans include a 20% discount and are billed upfront.
  • Payments are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers.
  • Upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful code.
  • Use the Service to generate content that is harmful, abusive, or violates the rights of others.
  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service without authorization.
  • Use automated tools to scrape or bulk-download content from the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

  • The ahjin.ai platform, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by ahjin.ai.
  • Course maps and content you generate using the Service are yours to use for personal and educational purposes.
  • You grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the Service.
  • AI-generated content is provided as-is and should be verified independently for accuracy.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Content generated by ahjin.ai, including course structures, lesson explanations, test questions, and answers, is produced by artificial intelligence and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. The Service is intended as a supplementary learning tool and should not be relied upon as the sole source of educational content. We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ahjin.ai and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or academic outcomes. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain your data for a reasonable period to comply with legal obligations.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
