We use the following third-party services to operate ahjin.ai:

• Supabase: authentication and database hosting. Your account data and saved courses are stored on Supabase infrastructure.
• OpenAI: AI-powered course generation, lesson chat, test creation, and image analysis. Your prompts and chat messages are sent to OpenAI for processing.

These providers have their own privacy policies governing how they handle data.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase with row-level security policies ensuring users can only access their own data. Settings are additionally cached in your browser's local storage for performance. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (HTTPS) and at rest.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data and saved courses for as long as your account is active. You can delete individual courses at any time from the Learning Chamber. If you wish to delete your entire account and all associated data, contact us at the email below.

6. Your Rights

• Access, update, or delete your personal information at any time.
• Export your course data as JSON.
• Opt out of non-essential data collection.
• Request a copy of all data we hold about you.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use local storage to cache your theme and preference settings. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies.

8. Children's Privacy

ahjin.ai is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can remove it.
